Shipping and Returns

Once the order has been received and processed, we ship within 3-5 business days.

Please contact to begin the process for any returns, refunds, or exchanges. We will email you our return address.


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items will be refunded; sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at After you have received a confirmation from us that we can accommodate your request, you can send us your item(s) back for exchange.
